Have you been bitten by the HR marketing bug, are completely at ease using digital platforms (social media) and bursting with ideas to raise our profile to attract potential candidates? Then our Talent and Employer Brand team wants you!As an Advisor, Talent and Employer Brand, you'll work on projects to raise Desjardins's profile as a preferred employer in line with the Desjardins brand and all employer brand initiatives.Are you comfortable operating in project mode and naturally inclined to work in close collaboration with other Desjardins teams (e.g., social media) or external partners? Are you creative and always wanting to suggest new ways of doing things? Then you'll rise to this challenge!

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Be on the lookout for best practices to increase visibility and recommend changes to our strategies and methods.Take charge of the employer awards file by recommending interesting forums, preparing our applications and proposing ways to maximize our visibility in line with the Desjardins brand

  • Inject new life into our employer pages to maximize visibility in line with the Desjardins brand

  • Analyze and monitor visibility platform performance (e.g., LinkedIn) and propose ways to maximize use to raise awareness about our different products and services

  • Assist other programs from time to time based on need and your interests, since we value professional development and versatility at Strategy, Talent and Employee Wellness

Other working conditions

  • Work location:

  • Currently on a regular telework basis due to the pandemic. Subsequently, to be located in Lévis or Montreal according to the selected candidate's preference. Telework terms to be reassessed at a later date

  • Number of jobs available : 1


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (an asset)

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of digital platforms (social media)

  • Proficiency in written French

  • Independent speaker, intermediate knowledge of English
