NV-08As an Advisor - Skills training and competency development, you assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery. You coach and mentor employees. You advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training. Carry out post-training activities and recommend corrective measures. Help develop, produce, deliver and promote new training programs, solutions and content. Suggest delivery methods
Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
Other working conditions
Workplace: Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Montreal. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work. #LI-Hybrid
Travel : 10% of the time

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
