NV-10As a senior training and skills development advisor, you assist with needs analysis as well as training development, logistics and delivery. You coach and mentor employees. You lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area.You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter expert, as well as resource person and coach for decision-making bodies

Desjardins Group has set up an Agile Centre for Excellence (ACE) to define, supervise and implement an evolving strategy for modernizing the business solutions delivery paradigm. Its success will depend on the talents of an expert team of Agile coaches who are focused on the vision conveyed by the ACE. In this position, you will fulfil various training design and delivery mandates, aligned with Agile processes and methodologies.

  • Bachelor of education or teaching
  • Master in Technopedagogy (an asset)
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Experience in training design and delivery

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required 

Specific knowledge

  • Independent speaker, upper intermediate knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of Agility-based methods
  • Knowledge of software development trades (an asset)
