This is the ideal opportunity!If you're someone who likes to contribute to large projects, develop practices and tools that have an impact on people and the organization as well as work with a team, you’ll thrive in this challenge within the Talent and Employer Brand Department!As an organizational development advisor, you help develop and deploy our management practices, particularly in relation to talent and career planning and management. You may be asked to contribute to other programs (e.g., performance management) depending on organizational priorities and your interests, as we value development and versatility within our Strategy, Talent and Employee Wellness Administrative Department.In this role, you participate in large-scale projects and carry out organizational development activities.If you're known for your interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and your development and communication skills, your strengths will serve you well for this challenge!

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of best practices in talent and career management

  • Participate in diagnostics and analyze information to identify development issues and needs

  • Draw up recommendations and propose solutions tailored to needs and positioning

  • Develop practices, tools and frameworks aligned with our organizational needs

  • Contribute to the work of multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our practices take firm hold within the organization

Other working conditions

  • Work location: Currently on a regular telework basis due to the pandemic. Subsequently, to be located in Lévis or Montreal according to the selected candidate's preference. Telework terms to be reassessed at a later date

  • Number of jobs available : 1


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience and well-developed organizational development skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (an asset)

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

  • Independent speaker, intermediate knowledge of English

  • Knowledge of major areas of human resources (people performance management, talent management, career, employee experience, etc.)
