General Information on the Position
Main responsabilities
Take complete charge of the immigration process with partners
Work directly with managers and employees to obtain documents and information
Produce official documents and forms to submit to government authorities to obtain or renew work permits in Quebec and Ontario
Ensure that immigration files are in compliance and follow up on their status to support employees working under a work permit
Provide support for managers and employees encountering immigration problems prior to hiring or during employment to identify the best solutions possible
Respond to government audits by consolidating the required information and providing the applicable documents on time
Produce analyses and statistics from time to time in relation to operations
Coordinate the most complex files with immigration service providers
Other working conditions
Work place : Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Montreal or Lévis, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Member in good standing of the Barreau du Quebec or a registered Canadian or Quebec immigration consultant (member of CRCIC or RQCI)
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
Solid knowledge of Quebec's immigration rules (Ontario's would be an asset)
Legal knowledge of immigration matters
Knowledge of Excel (an asset)
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
