EXECUTIVE SUMMARY You will be responsible for or support various HR projects, particularly in terms of recruitment, performance monitoring, working relationships and administrative management in a variety of areas You will provide support in tool development and work closely with the Senior Advisor. human resources and services to resolve contentious cases. RESPONSIBILITY

    • Support managers on human resource management issues in the application of company policies and in compliance with labor standards legislation;
    • Ensure the administrative aspect resulting from the management of human resources and benefits (update of employee files, communiques, registrations and changes to the group insurance program, etc.);
    • Acting as a resource person for employees on a variety of human resources topics;
    • Coordinate the complete staffing cycle for the client
    • Liaise with our client's branches to coordinate and conduct recruitment and the processing of documents for clerical, trades and support staff;
    • Ensuring the integration of new employees;
    • Write job descriptions with service managers and keep them up-to-date;
    • Contribute to development, implementation and monitoring projects in organizational development
    • Contribute to the updating of policy manuals
    • Develop and maintain organizational charts for the customer and its subsidiaries;
    • Answer employees' questions about benefits and company policies;
    • Write communications written internally and externally for the human resources department;
    • Preparing job confirmations for the client's employees and its subsidiary s and write retirement letters;
    • Train and support the human resource clerk on branch related tasks.
    • To propose disciplinary measures in case of misconduct of employees and to ensure the communication of the policies as well as the applicable legislation in terms of disciplinary measures
    • Make data entry into computer systems during hires, departures, and changes (of position, salary, address).
    • Respond to Statistics Canada's vacancy surveys.
    • Any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.


    • Minimum of three years of relevant resource experiencehuman;
    • University degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or equivalent field of study;
    • Being a member of the Order of Human Resources Advisors of Quebec an asset;
    • Must be able to communicate in both French and English, both orally and in writing;
    • Knowledge of the Law on Quebec Labor Standards;
    • Excellent judgment, professional ethics and respect for confidentiality;
    • Sense of organization, thoroughness and team spirit;
    • Higher skills for the communication;
    • Ability to work in an environment with tight deadlines;
    • Sense of discretion, diplomacy and courtesy
    • Good knowledge of the suite M icrosoft Office.
