Human Resources Advisor

as a Generalist, you will be responsible for the management of human resources for our group of companies that has nearly 65 employees, divided into our 3 business divisions: CBM industry, alphavic and cabinetmaking Mr. Lemire. You will have a consulting role to managers and managers to support our business goals by promoting an HR culture aligned with the values ​​of the company. Key responsibilities

  • flying through the entire talent acquisition process through the identification and promotion of our employer brand, the implementation of strategies until talent integration;
  • develop and put in place HR programs and policies to promote the attraction, retention and engagement of staff;
  • to exercise a consulting role to management as to the management of staff, the mobilization and their development;
  • use social and professional networking platforms with creativity and initiative to identify the best candidates;
  • Fit a bank of promising candidates and Maintain regular contact in case of future opportunities;
  • Coordinate our pre Sence to various recruitment events (eg job fair, etc.);
  • Manage the complete file of the OSH and the group insurance for the 3 divisions Industry CBM, Alphavic and Lemire ;
  • Manage the annual evaluation and probation process as well as accompanying managers and employees in this process;
  • act as a resource person for the management of remuneration and Benefits;
  • Run all other related tasks related to human resources.

Wanted profile

  • have a diploma of study University of Human Resources Management
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a position of HR Generalist
  • Have strong skills for communication and maintaining good relations working
  • be autonomous and have the direction of responsibilities
  • own a good team spirit and demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Appreciate both the AD shutters Ministry that the strategic role of the HR function
  • mastery of the Office Suite and the various social networks
