By joining to our Human Resources (HR) team, you will leverage your global compensation expertise with the various internal stakeholders. You will need to apply our compensation programs, tools, practices and policies, as well as participate in their development and optimization.
You will contribute to the achievement of your goals and objectives. the company from strategic planning by putting in place effective tools and proposing concrete strategies to attract the best candidates and mobilize our valuable employees. In addition, you will be the relief person for the benefits and pension components.
You will be called to:
Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of best practices, policies, procedures and compensation work tools to optimize organizational performance.
Lead management activities salary in order to improve the total compensation offer and in line with the strategic orientations of the management.
Leading the process of awarding bonuses and salary review annual, including participation in salary and tagging surveys.
Communicating with all levels and acting as an internal specialist.
Share your overall compensation expertise with the HR team to facilitate the application of programs and guiding principles. Lead and coordinate partnerships with our external consultations.
Conduct various compensation projects that involve the development or revision of compensation policies, guidelines and training materials.
Participate in job evaluations, salary recommendations, pay and benefits surveys and market analysis of policies and practices, as well as propose solutions related to business issues.
Ensures the maintenance and integrity of compensation data in the HR information system and manages reports and analyzes.
Act as a succession for various benefits and pension fund initiatives, where applicable.

Be results oriented Requirements: Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Five to seven years of total compensation experience
Essential bilingualism (English and French, at least oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and HR information systems, and very skilled with other computer tools and technological systems.
Demonstrated skills ininterpersonal, communication and customer service.
Available for travel to various BBA offices in Greater Montreal (downtown Montreal and Mont-Saint-Hilaire). / p>
