Our client located on the south shore of Montreal is looking for an administrative assistant recognized for her interpersonal skills, thoroughness and organizational skills.
• Support human resources managers in the daily management of their agenda; follow up and plan activities;
• Plan the trips and trips of the human resources management team and certain other managers and make their expense accounts;
• Ensure coordination, preparation and management of various human resources projects as well as departmental team meetings; • Ensure coordination, preparation and at the meeting invitation; QUALIFICATIONS: • Sense of service and ability to work in a team with several managers; • Judgment, initiative, autonomy and discretion; • Ability to work under pressure; • Bilingual spoken and written (French and English) • Very good command of software such as: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; (and ability to learn new ones).
