Your mandate Under the authority of the Human Resources Human Resources Human Resources Manager, the person assumes a consulting role in employment relations and evaluation. It advises managers and management members with respect to the interpretation of collective agreements, laws, regulations and standards in the field of work and pay equity. More specifically, it collaborates in the establishment of complaints strategies, and participates in the arbitration process, if applicable. It participates in the coordination of labor relations committees, the process of maintaining the pay equity program and actively participates in the negotiation of collective agreements in collaboration with the head of department. Your profile • Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or in an appropriate discipline. • Have a mastery of industrial relations or in an appropriate discipline constitutes an asset. • Own at least three (3) to five (5) years experience in working relationships. • Have 2 years of job evaluation or pay equity experience. • Know the various laws, programs and bodies in the field of labor law and Pay Equity. • Know the collective agreements in force in the health and social services network. • Be a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA) is an asset.
