Le Centre Métropolitain de Chirurgie s’adresse à une patientèle privée. Sa priorité consiste à assurer un haut niveau de qualité de soins et de services tout en répondant aux standards les plus élevés en matière de continuité des services de santé et de sécurité. Ses activités sont principalement les chirurgies d’affirmation de genre, mais aussi des chirurgies esthétiques électives et reconstructives, des chirurgies bariatriques par laparoscopie, des chirurgies urologiques et des chirurgies

Sous l’autorité de la direction des ressources humaines, le·la généraliste en ressources humaines est responsable d’orienter, de planifier, d’organiser et de gérer l’ensemble des dossiers relatifs à la gestion des ressources humaines et des activités de recrutement au centre chirurgical CMC, et ce, en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise. Iel interagit avec l’ensemble des gestionnaires de l’organisation et les assiste dans leurs activités touchant la gestion des ressources humaines et du recrutement. Iel joue un rôle-conseil auprès des employés·es et des gestionnaires relativement aux politiques et aux divers programmes.

Ressources humaines

Assister la direction des ressources humaines dans le déploiement des stratégies en s’assurant de la cohérence avec les objectifs de l’organisation;
Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès des gestionnaires afin de les soutenir dans la gestion quotidienne de leur équipe;
Agir à titre de soutien dans les dossiers de relations de travail et recommander des pistes de règlement lorsque requis;
Superviser les suivis disciplinaires et les différents dossiers légaux en collaboration avec la direction des ressources humaines;
Assumer la gestion complète des dossiers de lésions professionnelles et des dossiers d’invalidités (assignations temporaires, contestations, expertises médicales, retours au travail, etc.);
Participer activement à l’élaboration de politiques internes ou d’organisation, au suivi de la satisfaction des employés·es, au suivi des dossiers liés à l’agrément, etc.;
Participer à l’élaboration, l’analyse et l’orientation de la gestion de la rémunération globale (hausses annuelles, réajustements salariaux, etc.);
Participer à la définition des besoins et à la coordination d’activités de formation;
Former les employés·es et les gestionnaires sur les nouveaux outils;
Mettre en place des nouvelles méthodes d’attraction de candidats·es et de rétention d’employés·es;
Coordonner le processus d’évaluation de rendement annuel et participer à la mise en place d’un plan de développement pour les employés·es;
Effectuer les entretiens de périodes probatoires et de départ du personnel;
Superviser la coordination des activités corporatives;
Coordonner les communications et les affichages internes;
Produire des analyses, des statistiques et divers rapports liés aux ressources humaines;
Travailler en collaboration avec le service de paie;
Effectuer les processus en lien avec la Loi sur l’équité salariale et son maintien;
Rédiger les avenants;
Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés·es;
Respecter et assurer l’application des exigences de la Loi 25 en matière de protection des renseignements personnels;
Savoir naviguer à travers différents outils et SIRH ainsi que divers processus, et ce, avec fluidité;
Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et des pratiques exemplaires en matière de ressources humaines;

Dotation

Assurer le processus complet de recrutement
Travailler en collaboration avec les gestionnaires afin d’identifier les besoins en dotation et déterminer les critères de sélection;
Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement pour les candidats·es;
Réaliser les appels de présélection et les entrevues en personne ou par Teams;
Obtenir les références d’anciens·nes employeurs·ses et les vérifications d’antécédents judiciaires;
Vérifier les permis d’exercice pour les postes régis par un ordre professionnel (à chaque embauche);
Effectuer les analyses salariales en lien avec la Loi sur l’équité salariale et son maintien
Rédiger les offres d’emploi;
Préparer les avis d’embauche et les diffuser à l’interne;
Maintenir à jour les bases de données;
Fournir un compte rendu hebdomadaire des activités de recrutement;
Exercer un rôle-conseil et une influence dans la prise de décision concernant les candidatures auprès des gestionnaires;
Travailler en collaboration avec les ressources humaines et les gestionnaires pour effectuer la conception des affichages de poste et des questionnaires d’entrevue qui reflètent les exigences de chaque poste;
Procéder aux affichages de postes à l’interne et à l’externe;
Développer des stratégies de recrutement variées selon les types de poste comme l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux, le réseautage, la recherche de base de données ainsi que sur des stratégies d’approches directes pour identifier des candidats·es;
Identifier de nouvelles sources de recrutement afin de rester compétitif;
Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès des gestionnaires afin de les guider dans l'élaboration de stratégies de recrutement rapides et efficaces;
Participer à l’élaboration et à l’application de programmes et de procédures visant l’attraction, la rétention et la mobilisation des employés·es;
Développer et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires en acquisition et placement de personnel (agence de placement et firme de recrutement);
Entretenir les relations et le suivi avec le personnel d’agence temporaire;
Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son·sa supérieur·e immédiat·e.

EXIGENCES

Diplôme d’étude collégiale, universitaire ou expérience pertinente en ressources humaines
Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle-conseil comme généraliste en ressources humaines (dotation, lois du travail, SST, rémunération, développement organisationnel, etc.)
Forte connaissance des différentes lois et des mécanismes de règlement du travail québécois
Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office (Outlook, Word et Excel)
Excellente maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais, un atout
Titre de CRHA/CRIA, un atout
Expérience en milieu syndiqué, un atout

Dotation Assurer le processus complet de recrutement Travailler en collaboration avec les gestionnaires afin d’identifier les besoins en dotation et déterminer les critères de sélection; Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement pour les candidats·es; Réaliser les appels de présélection et les entrevues en personne ou par Teams; Obtenir les références d’anciens·nes employeurs·ses et les vérifications d’antécédents judiciaires; Vérifier les permis d’exercice pour les postes régis par un ordre professionnel (à chaque embauche); Effectuer les analyses salariales en lien avec la Loi sur l’équité salariale et son maintien Rédiger les offres d’emploi; Préparer les avis d’embauche et les diffuser à l’interne; Maintenir à jour les bases de données; Fournir un compte rendu hebdomadaire des activités de recrutement; Exercer un rôle-conseil et une influence dans la prise de décision concernant les candidatures auprès des gestionnaires; Travailler en collaboration avec les ressources humaines et les gestionnaires pour effectuer la conception des affichages de poste et des questionnaires d’entrevue qui reflètent les exigences de chaque poste; Procéder aux affichages de postes à l’interne et à l’externe; Développer des stratégies de recrutement variées selon les types de poste comme l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux, le réseautage, la recherche de base de données ainsi que sur des stratégies d’approches directes pour identifier des candidats·es; Identifier de nouvelles sources de recrutement afin de rester compétitif; Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès des gestionnaires afin de les guider dans l'élaboration de stratégies de recrutement rapides et efficaces; Participer à l’élaboration et à l’application de programmes et de procédures visant l’attraction, la rétention et la mobilisation des employés·es; Développer et entretenir des relations avec les partenaires en acquisition et placement de personnel (agence de placement et firme de recrutement); Entretenir les relations et le suivi avec le personnel d’agence temporaire; Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son·sa supérieur·e immédiat·e. Le Centre Métropolitain de Chirurgie est le seul hôpital privé au Québec accrédité avec mention d’honneur par Agrément Canada détenant 17 lits avec 4 salles de chirurgie. Notre Mission

Le Centre Métropolitain de Chirurgie s’adresse à une clientèle privée. Sa priorité consiste à assurer un haut niveau de qualité de soins et de services tout en répondant aux standards les plus élevés en matière de continuité des services de santé et de sécurité. Ses activités sont principalement les chirurgies d’affirmation de genre, mais aussi des chirurgies esthétiques électives et reconstructives, des chirurgies bariatriques par laparoscopie, des chirurgies urologiques et des chirurgies oto-rhino-laryngologiques. De plus, le CMC offre les soins requis par les chirurgies grâce à sa clinique pré et postopératoire, ses unités de soins et son personnel compétent à l’écoute des besoins de la clientèle.
